These works are artful interpretations of shapes and movements within a landscape. While making these abstracts, the artist was influenced by the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, or imperfection and impermanence, which gives these pieces characteristics of asymmetry and simplicity. Saturated indigo gives them a rich fluidity and texture. Frame made of pine wood with a black matte painted finish. Archival quality beveled cut mat. Hangs both vertically and horizontally. Dust the frame and glass gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Clean the glass with a mild glass cleaner applied to the cloth, never directly onto the artwork or frame. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and excess moisture. Keep the print away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources. Check the hanging wire periodically to ensure it remains secure.
