Our Camp Collection combines the charm and strength of classic plank furniture with fun style. This unique space-saving storage bed features four spacious drawers underneath, three shelves in the headboard on each side and platform storage at the top. Details like recessed paneling, square block posts and Brushed Nickel drawer pulls make this collection special. Expert craftsmen make each piece from sturdy, built-to-last materials. HOW ITS CONSTRUCTED Crafted with solid poplar, sap gum wood, engineered wood and MDF. Expertly constructed with mortise-and-tenon and tongue-and-groove joinery for high quality structural integrity. Hardwood frame is kiln-dried to prevent warping or bowing. Finished in child-safe, water-based paint which provides durability, depth of color and richness to each piece of furniture. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ facility. GREENGUARD Gold Certified. Meets or exceeds stringent chemical emissions standards. DETAILS THAT MATTER Headboard is detailed with shaker paneling. The under-bed storage drawers are thoroughly finished with clear varnish if you want to replace the drawers with bins or baskets. Lots of available storage with two spacious drawers on each side of bed and three fixed shelves on each side of the headboard. Mattress platform is crafted with solid wood slats for superior strength; this bed can be used with or without a box spring (mattress and box spring are sold separately). Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills promptly with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemical cleaners, and excessive moisture. Keep the bed away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources to help protect the painted finish. Check drawer pulls and other hardware periodically, tightening gently if needed.
