To create the luscious feel of our hand-loomed Dalton Shag Rug, we chose the highest grade of New Zealand wool—with fibers up to 6" long—and had the yarns tightly twisted and slightly felted before weaving. The result is a seriously cushy, cozy rug that’s irresistible to bare feet.

Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting or a vacuum without a rotating beater bar to protect the shag fibers. Gently shake or lift the rug when possible to release loose dust. Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth without rubbing. Avoid soaking the wool or using bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners. Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
