KAITEI FRAMED WALL ART 36x48

Inspired by the texture and density of coral, "Kaitei" creates an abstract view of the natural fractal patterns found in coral. Using a combination of white acrylic paint and sand, Ksenia Sizaya renders delicate monochromatic details and textures on a grand scale. Reproduced here to emulate the artist's original techniques. Presented in a thin walnut veneer frame that can be hung vertically or horizontally. Ksenia Sizaya is a Montreal-based artist who was trained in St. Petersburg, Russia, and completed her master's degree in graphic art. Sizaya says her art is influenced by abstract expressionism and modernism. "I've always been a creative person, even as a small child. Design and art have always been a major part of my life." The artist is inspired by city life imagery and the outdoors.
