Gently shake or air the pillow regularly to refresh the wool pile. Spot clean small spills promptly with a soft, damp cloth and mild wool-safe cleaner. Avoid soaking, machine washing, bleach, harsh chemicals, and vigorous scrubbing. Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the natural color. Allow the pillow to dry completely away from heat before use.
