Functional storage has never looked so stylish as in the Meller Wood and Upholstered Bench from Project 62™. This mid-century modern storage bench features a sturdy wood frame in a rich finish that showcases a natural wood-grain texture, set on top of four splayed legs. A portion of the top is covered in padded, linen upholstery for a comfy spot to sit, while the two flip tops easily flip open to reveal ample space to store extra throw blankets, pillows and more. 1962 was a big year. Modernist design hit its peak and moved into homes across the country. And in Minnesota, Target was born — with the revolutionary idea to celebrate design for all. Project 62 embodies this legacy with a collection of modern pieces made for everyday living.
