Overview Designer Ceci Thompson was seeking a stylish solution for clutter that could also serve as a beautiful statement piece. Inspired by traditional tambour desktops and credenzas, she turned the technique on its side to play up the wooden slats as a vertical pattern that wraps around the storage bench. A removable leather seat and brass handle details add a modern, sophisticated flourish. Learn about Ceci Thompson on our blog. CB2 exclusive.
