Wipe the metal body and shade with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Clean the brown marble base with a lightly damp cloth, then dry it promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and soaking the marble or metal surfaces. Blot spills immediately to help prevent staining. Keep the cord away from moisture and excessive heat. Unplug the lamp before cleaning or changing the bulb.
