Artist Edward View's painting was inspired by a bird's-eye view of American farmland. "When I'm bored, I like to look at satellite pictures online and I'm always drawn to agriculture and crop lines," explains the artist. This unique graphic pattern was created by using a custom-made comb to scrape away thick layers of gesso from a dark background to reveal crisp grey lines. Edward View.
