By accessing or using Spacejoy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Spacejoy.

Spacejoy provides an interior design platform that connects customers with professional designers and a curated catalog of furniture and home decor products.
Our services include design consultations, personalized product boards, order facilitation, and customer support.
We act as an intermediary between customers and our vendor partners. Final fulfillment, shipping, and returns are subject to each vendor's individual policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Our Price Match Guarantee allows you to request a price match before payment is processed. Email [email protected] with a link or screenshot of the lower price.
In the event of a pricing error on our platform, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Spacejoy is not liable for delays caused by carriers, vendors, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order, vendor, and delivery location.
We provide tracking updates as they become available from our vendor partners.

Return eligibility and processes are governed by each individual vendor's return policy.
To initiate a return or cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Custom, made-to-order, and final sale items are generally non-returnable.
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the vendor's policy.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed by the vendor.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, file a claim as soon as possible via our Claims Form.
You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Claims timelines vary by vendor — refer to each brand's policy for specific windows.
Original packaging must be retained for claims processing.
Spacejoy will assist in coordinating resolution with the vendor on your behalf.

All content on the Spacejoy platform, including design boards, images, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Spacejoy.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Design boards created for you are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
Product images are provided by vendor partners and are their respective property.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
You may not engage in fraudulent activity, including submitting false claims or chargebacks.
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward Spacejoy staff or other users is strictly prohibited.

Spacejoy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided by vendors and may not always be perfectly accurate.
We encourage you to contact us with any product questions before placing an order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not responsible for losses arising from vendor errors, carrier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
