Designed to work seamlessly with the other modular components, it creates a work space that is both functional and sophisticated. Made of kiln-dried solid meranti wood and veneer. Grey wash is accentuated with dark pewter hardware; brown wash is accentuated with antique bronze hardware, dusty charcoal is accentuated with dark pewter hardware and Montauk white is accentuated with antique nickel hardware. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture that has flawless surfaces and consistent colour tones that will not be subject to cracking. Modular units (sold separately) can be secured together using supplied hardware to provide the look and feel of custom cabinetry. Drawers feature English dovetail joinery and side mounted metal glides, which ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stops keep drawers securely in place. Desk features 1 large center drawer. File cabinet features 2 drawers for storage. File Cabinet holds both legal and letter-sized files. Set includes: (1) 35" Writing Desk, (2) 17.5" Bookcase Towers, (2) 2-Drawer File Cabinets and (2) 17.5" Tops. Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces.
